respond quickly regarding potential transactions
be decisive
have reasonable reporting requirements
Creating an investment box that meets the needs and objectives of both the partner and the investor
provide a single point of contact

Henderson's role in Manager of Partners focuses on:

Providing an efficient source of capital to partners
Providing unique investment opportunities to our investors
Providing day to day oversight on our investor's behalf post closing
Monitoring and reviewing performance on behalf of the investor
Henderson is paid a fee by the investors and will never seek compensation from a partner
